Mandee Heller Adler
Mandee Heller Adler is the Founder and Principal of International College Counselors, LLC.  She is a graduate of Miami Beach Senior High, and the University of Pennsylvania where she graduated with Honors and two degrees- one from the Wharton School and one from the College of Arts and Sciences.  Mandee Heller Adler also received an MBA from Harvard Business School, where she was selected as a Class Day Speaker.  Additionally, Mandee Heller Adler received a fellowship from Rotary International and studied at ICADE, a premier business school located in Madrid, Spain.

Mandee Heller Adler currently serves on the Executive Board of the Penn Fund of the University of Pennsylvania, and for 13 years has worked as an alumni interviewer for the school.  Additionally, she has spent six years as her Class Fund Chair for the Harvard Business School.  Mandee Heller Adler has personally visited over 150 colleges and universities, and continues to do so.  Mandee is currently completing a book called “From Public School to the Ivy League: How to get into a top school without top dollar resources.”

Prior to starting International College Counselors, LLC, Mandee Heller Adler worked as an investment banker for Goldman, Sachs & Co in New York.  She later was the co-founder of HerDollar, Inc, which she sold to Siebert Financial Corp (NASDAQ: SIEB) in October of 2000, and served as EVP and COO of Women’s Financial Network at Siebert, a fully operational national discount brokerage focused on women.   

Barry N. Liebowitz
Barry N. Liebowitz is a Principal of International College Counselors, LLC. He holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in English with minors in History and Journalism from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.

Prior to his work with International College Counselors, Mr. Liebowitz spent ten years a Marketing and Sales Director in New York City.  Mr. Liebowitz is also a member of the Mt. Sinai Medical Center Foundation Young Presidents Club and a member of the Jewish Federation of Broward County Horizon's Leadership Program.

As a former high school and college student-athlete who played baseball and basketball, Mr. Liebowitz enjoys working with students as they strive to continue their academic and athletic careers at the collegiate level.

Jonathan Saltzburg
Jonathan serves as the Director of College Counseling at International College Counselors.  He brings a unique perspective to the team and has exceptional work experience with The Wharton School of Business and Time Warner Entertainment.  

Jonathan has worked in the Office of Admissions for both the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and Florida Atlantic University.  While working in the Office of Undergraduate Admissions at Florida Atlantic University, Jonathan managed the Freshman Scholarship process, developed and implemented the recruitment strategy for eleven territories in Florida (including Broward County the sixth largest School District in the nation).  In addition, Jonathan took part in numerous outreach activities enabling underprivileged students gain first hand knowledge in attending college.  

Prior to working at Florida Atlantic University, Jonathan earned his MBA from the Wharton School of Business majoring in Finance and Marketing.  Jonathan was awarded a $10,000 fellowship for his exemplary performance while serving as a Graduate Assistant Full-Time Member of the Wharton MBA Admissions Committee.  Prior to business school Jonathan worked as a Supervisor and Senior Financial Analyst at Warner Brothers Entertainment.  Jonathan was promoted numerous times becoming the youngest Supervisor in the Financial Planning & Analysis division in Warner Home Video.  Jonathan earned a bachelors of science in Business Administration from the University of Colorado at Boulder.  He graduated with distinction in the top 5% of his class.

Aimee Heller
Aimee Heller is the Essay Specialist for International College Counselors.  She holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Communications from Boston University and a Masters in Education from City College of New York.   Ms. Heller has worked with students in high schools and boarding schools throughout the United States and has contacts at many of the nation's leading secondary school programs.
