General Application
- All personal information (name, address, contact info) is accurate
- School and academic history are complete and correct
- Standardized test scores (if submitting) are entered correctly
- Honors and awards are clearly described with context if needed
- Activities list highlights impact, leadership, and time commitment
Essays & Short Answers
- Main essay is authentic, engaging, and well-structured
- Essays answer the prompt directly and thoughtfully
- Writing shows your voice (not a parent, teacher, or AI tool)
- Each essay has been proofread for grammar, spelling, and clarity
- Supplemental essays are tailored to each school (no copy-paste errors!)
- Strong opening hook and memorable conclusion
Application Strategy
- Major/academic interest is consistent with activities and essays
- “Why this school” essays connect to specific programs, values, and opportunities
