Florida College Application Plan* – High School Seniors
Florida’s higher education system is frequently ranked as one of the best in the nation. The State University System (SUS) of Florida includes 12 member institutions: UF, FSU, USF, UCF, FAU, FGCU, FIU, UNF, Florida Poly, New College of Florida, UWF, and FAMU. With our company’s headquarters in Florida, our students have had unprecedented success getting accepted into these prestigious universities.
With the Florida Plan, the International College Counselors advisor will assist your student with the admission process for up to five (5) Florida public universities. The personalized service begins with a comprehensive education intake. Students will then receive:
- Plan and timeline for the admissions process
- Essay brainstorming, development, and editing
- Application review and assistance
- College selection support and refinement
- Strategic advice on alternate entries for admission, including PaCE, Innovation Academy, etc.
- Second application review by an additional ICC professional
- GPA recalculation discussion and assistance with filling out self-reported academic grading reports, i.e., SSAR, SPARK, etc.
- Waitlist/deferral strategies, as needed
Students receive timely communication through virtual or in-person meetings, as well as phone conversations and email correspondences, to stay on track with college admission schedules and due dates.
