1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at https://internationalcollegecounselors.com/ (the “Site”) and the services, content, and communications provided by International College Counselors (“ICC,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Site, submitting information through the Site, or agreeing to receive communications from us, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and our Privacy Policy:

2. Description of Services
International College Counselors provides college admissions counseling and related educational advisory services, including college selection guidance, application strategy, essay review, interview preparation, and academic planning (collectively, the “Services”).
Specific Services may be governed by separate written agreements between ICC and the client. If a separate service agreement conflicts with these Terms, the service agreement will control with respect to the Services purchased.
3. Eligibility
The Site is intended for individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older. Individuals under eighteen may use the Site only under the supervision of, and with appropriate consent from, a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.
By using the Site, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements or have the required supervision and consent.
4. SMS and Text Messaging Terms
These SMS and text messaging terms apply to text messages sent by or on behalf of International College Counselors.
4.1 Program Description
International College Counselors may offer SMS messaging to individuals who have expressly agreed to receive text messages for the applicable purpose.
Depending on the consent provided, messages may include:
Customer-care messages
- Responses to inquiries about college counseling services.
- Follow-ups requested by an individual.
- Appointment confirmations and reminders.
- Service-related communications concerning an existing inquiry or counseling engagement.
Marketing and promotional messages
- Information about college counseling services and offerings.
- Announcements about educational resources, webinars, seminars, and events.
- Updates about International College Counselors and its services.
- Other relevant promotional information related to our services.
Marketing messages will be sent only to individuals who have expressly consented to receive marketing text messages. Agreeing to receive customer-care messages does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive marketing messages.
4.2 Consent to Receive Text Messages
Individuals may provide verbal consent during a telephone conversation or another direct interaction with an authorized International College Counselors representative.
Before enrolling a telephone number, our representative will identify International College Counselors, explain the purpose and type of messages the individual is agreeing to receive, and obtain an affirmative verbal response.
Where customer-care and marketing messages are both offered, the representative will clarify whether the individual is agreeing to customer-care messages, marketing messages, or both. Consent will be recorded according to the applicable messaging purpose and the scope of the individual’s agreement.
Providing a telephone number, contacting our office, becoming a client, or requesting information does not automatically enroll an individual in marketing SMS messaging.
We may maintain records of consent, including the telephone number, date and time consent was obtained, consent method, representative, and messaging purposes authorized.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from International College Counselors. Individuals may inquire about or purchase our Services without consenting to marketing text messages.
4.3 Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on the messaging program, the type of consent provided, and your interactions with International College Counselors. The number of messages you receive may therefore vary.
4.4 Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply to text messages sent or received, depending on your wireless carrier and mobile plan. You are responsible for any applicable charges imposed by your carrier.
4.5 Opting Out
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to a text message from us.
After receiving an opt-out request, we will process the request and send an opt-out confirmation where supported. We will not send further messages covered by that opt-out unless you provide new, valid consent or otherwise re-enroll as permitted by applicable requirements.

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on carrier transmission, network availability, and other factors outside our control.
4.8 Mobile Information and SMS Consent Privacy
International College Counselors does not sell mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or SMS consent records.
Mobile information and SMS opt-in data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
We may share information with service providers that help us deliver and manage SMS communications, but only as necessary to provide those services on our behalf and subject to applicable contractual restrictions and legal requirements.

4.9 Changes to Your Mobile Number
You should notify us if you change or deactivate your mobile number that is enrolled in our messaging program. You represent that you are the account holder or are authorized to provide consent for the telephone number submitted.
4.10 Supported Carriers
Messaging availability may vary by carrier, device, and network. We cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered successfully or without delay.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to provide accurate information when using the Site or communicating with International College Counselors. You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.
- Interfere with the operation or security of the Site.
- Reproduce, distribute, or exploit Site content without authorization.
- Use automated means to access or scrape the Site without authorization.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is owned by or licensed to International College Counselors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may view and print Site content for personal, non-commercial use only. Other uses require our prior written permission unless otherwise permitted by law.
7. No Guarantee of Outcomes
International College Counselors provides college admissions counseling and educational advisory services. Admissions decisions are made solely by educational institutions.
We do not guarantee admission to any institution, receipt of any scholarship or financial aid, or any specific academic or professional outcome. Information on the Site is for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal, financial, or immigration advice.
8. Fees and Payment
Fees for Services are set forth in the applicable service agreement. Unless otherwise stated in that agreement or required by applicable law, fees are subject to the terms of that agreement. Pricing for future Services may change.
9. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. International College Counselors does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, security, or practices of third-party websites. Access to third-party sites is at your own risk.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Site and communications with International College Counselors are subject to our Privacy Policy:
The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, retain, and disclose personal information, including information relating to SMS consent and messaging.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its content are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, International College Counselors and its officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or opportunity arising from your use of the Site or receipt of communications from us.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms will not exceed the greater of one hundred dollars ($100) or the amount you paid to International College Counselors in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
13. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless International College Counselors and its officers, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
14. Termination
International College Counselors may suspend or terminate access to the Site where reasonably necessary, including for violations of these Terms or security concerns, subject to applicable law and any separate service agreement.
You may stop using the Site at any time. You may withdraw SMS consent by replying STOP as described in Section 4.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Subject to applicable law, disputes arising under these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and the parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
16. Changes to These Terms
International College Counselors may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on the Site and updating the Effective Date. Changes take effect upon posting unless otherwise stated or required by law.
Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Changes to SMS messaging practices will not replace any consent required for a messaging program.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable service agreement, constitute the agreement between you and International College Counselors regarding use of the Site and communications covered by these Terms, subject to the terms of any separate agreement.

4. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
This section applies to all SMS and MMS communications sent by or on behalf of the Company.
4.1 Program Description. International College Counselors offers SMS text messaging to individuals who have opted in. Messages may include appointment reminders and confirmations, account and service notifications, responses to inquiries, customer support communications, and marketing or promotional messages regarding college admissions counseling services, events, and offers.
4.2 Consent. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in — through a web form, by texting a keyword to our number, through a written or electronic agreement, or by verbal consent documented by the Company — you expressly consent to receive recurring automated and non-automated text messages from International College Counselors at the number provided. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
4.3 Message Frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with the Company and the communications you have opted in to receive.
4.4 Message and Data Rates. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details regarding your plan.
4.5 Opt-Out. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, you will receive one confirmation message acknowledging your request. 4.8 Mobile Information Sharing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other categories of information sharing exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
4.9 Number Changes. You are responsible for notifying the Company if you change or deactivate your mobile number. You represent that you are the account holder or are authorized to consent on behalf of the account holder for the number provided.
4.10 Supported Carriers. Messages are supported by major U.S. carriers. Availability may vary. The Company is not responsible for carrier performance.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to provide accurate information when using the Site or communicating with the Company, and agree not to:
- use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its systems;
- interfere with the operation of the Site;
- reproduce, distribute, or exploit Site content without authorization;
- use automated means to access or scrape the Site;
- impersonate any person or misrepresent affiliation with any person or entity.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software — is owned by or licensed to the Company and protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. 10. Privacy

11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR RECEIPT OF COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE COMPANY. THE COMPANY’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO THE COMPANY IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its officers, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
14. Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or communications at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Sections 6, 7, 11, 12, 13, and 15 survive termination.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
16. Changes to Terms
The Company may modify these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the Site with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of the Site or continued receipt of communications after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding use of the Site and communications from the Company.
